Please use our Contact Us page to initiate a refund or exchange request. In the request, please specify if you would like to get a refund or an exchange. Be sure to include the billing name, order number, and the reason for the return/exchange.

Return Policy

• We accept returns on products within 10 days of receiving them.
• The product cannot be damaged, washed, or altered. The return must include the original packaging, as you received it. Please note - if there are bite marks on the harness or leash, you will not be applicable for a refund.
• We will provide credit back to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued after the item is delivered to us.
• Once the return has been initiated, please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will exclude the shipping cost you initially paid
• If you would like to cancel your order, please use our contact us page immediately so we can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Exchange Policy

• You love the product but the size isn’t right? No problem! Ardeva is happy to do an exchange for you! Please use our Contact Us page to initiate the exchange request.
• We accept exchanges on products within 10 days of receiving them.
• Exchanges are limited to 1 per order.
• In the request, please specify the reason for the exchange and the size/product you would like instead.
• Please note - We must receive the harness with its original packaging, as you received it.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will exclude the shipping cost you initially paid
• Please allow 2-3 business days for the exchange to process.

Shipping Policy

• We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to process
• Once the order has been shipped out, you will receive a notification with tracking details
• Ardeva is not responsible for for any packages that are returned to us because of a failure of delivery to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Once it is returned to sender (Ardeva team), we can ship the product to a different address and the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
• Please note - Ardeva is not responsible for lost packages.
• Due to COVID-19 you may experience delays in receiving your order
• We offer Standard Shipping on all our products. Your order will arrive within 3-7 days of shipment

Ardeva's products are dog accessory items. The use of Ardeva's products on a dog is completely the handler's responsibility and at their discretion. Ardeva is not responsible for the damage of a product while its use or loss of the product(s) after purchase. Ardeva does not hold responsibility or liability for how the product is used by the handler after purchase. Dogs should not be left unattended with Ardeva's products. Ardeva's products can break or tear if misused. Handlers are responsible for the use of product.
